Transcend 2.5-inch SSD with new advanced controller

Transcend has just announced its 2.5-inch models of solid state drive (SSD). It is built on new controller (not specified at moment).
New Transcend’s 2.5-inch solid state drives are available in four models: 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. It can delivers read and write speed of up to 260MB/s and 240MB/s. Transcend SSD is packs SATA 3.0 Gbps interface and 64MB DDR2 RAM as cache.
It is utilized MLC NAND flash memory technologies and support TRIM, which extends the drive life and optimize its performance.
The cost of Transcend’s 2.5-inch SSD is not specified at moment.
