Transcend has announced two new 2.5-inch SSD, equipped with 64MB buffer cache. Thus, Transcend has joined well-known manufacturers such as OCZ, Patriot, and A-Data, already have in their product portfolios such decisions.
Both new flash disk is a version of SSD25D model with a capacity of 60 GB and 120 GB equipped with a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, and built-in ECC (Error Correction Code) technology and determining the degree of wear. In addition, both versions of SSD drives are built on multilevel-cell (MLC) NAND memory, and it has read and write speeds of 230 MB/s and 180 MB/s, respectively. Price of the new SSD from Transcend and the date of their appearance in the sale have not yet been reported.
