The worldwide leader in memory and storage products, Transcend has official announced the availability of its external storage namely the Transcend SSD18C3. It is built on 2.5-inch solid state drive (SSD) that provides performance and durability advantages of solid-state technology.

Transcend SSD18C3 portable SSD is utilized SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface and enabling data transfer speeds up to 260 MB/s with Turbo mode.

The housing of Transcend SSD18C3 external SSD is a vibration-absorbing and slip-resistant silicone outer coating, as well as able to withstand excessive shock or vibration.

It is bundled with JetFlash Elite software, which allows users to use the drive as automatic website authentication, non-web-based email accounts remotely.

Transcend SSD18C3 portable SuperSpeed USB 3.0 SSD is comes in two models in capacity of 64GB ($224) and 128GB ($448).
