Back in early this month, Amazon was offering the Verizon Droid Charge smartphone for $249.99 with contract. But now, the Samsung Droid Charge for Verizon Wireless can be purchased for just $199.99 if you buy through Amazon Mobile.

As specifications on Verizon Droid Charge smartphone is a 1GHz Hummingbird processor, 2GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB (a 32GB card included), and runs Android 2.2 Froyo with Touchwiz 3.0 UI.

The Samsung Droid Charge is also provides a 4.3-inch Super-AMOLED PLUS touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixel, 8.0 MP rear camera, 1.3 MP front-facing camera, 4G LTE mobile hotspot, and so on.
