Verizon HTC One M9, LG G4 and G3 get Android 6.0 Marshmallow Update

As you’d expect, Verizon Wireless has rolled out the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for a number of flagship smartphones in the United States. They are know as LG G4, LG G3 and HTC One M9 smartphones. Well, the Big Red carrier is finally join the list of their several smartphones receives Android Marshmallow update in the US.


Already we know that the new update provides a handful of new features on board. That’s including Google Now on tap and also battery improvements. The latter is contributing from Doze feature which optimizes the phone when it’s in idle state.

Reportedly, the process of update of Android 6.0 Marshmallow software is gradual that means owner of these phones have to wait and it may take a few days for the update to reach all devices. You don’t worry or panic if you don’t see the update right away.Android-Marshmallow-Update-HTC-M9-Verizon-2

But you can also manually check for it by heading to your device’s settings. Don’t forget, you have to make sure the phone connect to a WiFi network before downloading the update. It is a quite big file size.
