The one of the world’s thinnest smartphones (only 7.1mm), the Motorola Droid Razr will get a new color options soon. According to source, the white Droid Razr smartphone will be released by Verizon Wireless and probably will cost as the black model, which is $299 on contract.

Running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS (update able to Android 4.0 ICS), Verizon Motorola Droid Razr is boasts a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of onboard memory.

The Motorola Droid Razr is packs a 4.3-inch touchscreen qHD Super AMOLED display, a rear 8 megapixel camera, and a front-facing 2MP camera. There are splash resistant case and Kevlar back cover.
