ViewSonic N01 3G MID, first specs

There is information about the technical specifications of mobile Internet devices (MID), it is ViewSonic N01.

ViewSonic N01 MID is built on the basis of Intel Atom Z510 processor, running at a clock frequency of 1.1 GHz and consumes no more than 2 watts of power. The ViewSonic N01 has a 1GB RAM and a 10GB of onboard storage.

The front panel of ViewSonic N01 is touchscreen innovations, according to source, a 6-inch or 7-inch display. The right of the screen is an optical mouse. ViewSonic N01 has features two cameras, one of which is intended for use in the mode of video phone.

ViewSonic N01 mini-PC is equipped with a 3G mobile, TV tuner, USB port and card reader. It is operates under Windows XP OS.

There is no information about availability on market, but it is possible that it will debut at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show, CES 2010, which will be held in Las Vegas (Nevada, USA) from 7 to 10 January 2010.
