ViewSonic has recently announced a new tablet but offers full cell phone functionality, the ViewSonic ViewPad 4. The new gadget is runs Android 2.2 Froyo and boasts a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor, 512MB RAM, and 2GB ROM.

The ViewSonic ViewPad 4 tablet/smartphone has features a 4.1-inch WVGA display, A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, stereo Bluetooth, proximity sensors, ambient light, 5MP rear-facing camera, and VGA video-calling camera on front-facing.

The design of ViewSonic ViewPad 4 is looks like the LG GD880 Mini featurephone. Viewsonic will start sale the ViewSonic ViewPad 4 tablet/smartphone in the middle of 2011. The pricing will be dependent upon carriers.
