Vodafone 360 Service for Samsung H1 and M1 LiMo Phones

Vodafone announced two smartphone based on LiMo Release 2 (Linux Mobile) operating system, Vodafone 360 H1 and M1, their producer is Samsung. For these devices, offered a special package of Internet services called Vodafone 360, which includes support for social networks Facebook, Windows Live Messenger, Google Talk, (support for Twitter, studiVZ, Hyves will be added later), the application directory, music and games, as well as synchronization with PC and Mac Computer.

Vodafone 360 H1 from Samsung is a high-quality candy bar phone with 3.5-inch touchscreen OLED display, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, GPS receiver, FM radio, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and 16GB of internal memory. Samsung H1 can be expanded through the microSD card.

Second smartphone, Vodafone 360 M1 is easier, it performed in the same form factor and is equipped with 3.2-inch touchscreen display, GPS receiver, 3 megapixel camera, 1GB of internal memory and slot microSD. Samsung M1 has no support Wi-Fi but only Bluetooth.

Both models support third-generation cellular networks and are based on proprietary interface, Vodafone, based on LiMo. Vodafone 360 H1 and M1 will come later this year in Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the UK. And in 2010 the service along with new devices, including Nokia Symbian phones will be launched in several countries.
