Vuzix introduced the new video eyewear called Wrap 920AV. It is outwardly the new look as stylish sunglasses with transparent glass, but at the same time is quite an interesting solution to watch your favorite movies or mobile TV, for example, in the bus on the way to work. This video eyewear does not completely obscure the natural world, allowing you to observe the scene around even during the movie showtimes.
Vuzix Wrap 920AV video eyewear is viewing experience with equivalent of 60-inch monitor from a distance of 2.74 meters. In addition, the device is equipped with removable earphones with noise-canceling system. This video eyewear has able to runs up to 6 hours on two AA size batteries and it is compatible with most devices for video playback, including iPod.
Vuzix Wrap 920AV video eyewear has weigh less than 85 grams and it can be used with lenses to correct eyesight with “Quantum optics technology”. Their release in sales expected this year, the cost of the device is not yet known.
