The Chinese company has developed new netbook, known as Wabook 10-inch, which is available in local market for priced at $100.
Unlike most netbook with the same screen size, which is based on Atom processor, new Wabook netbook uses inexpensive chip with a 300MHz ARM-based VIA 8505 processor, 128MB RAM, and a 1GB flash storage.
Wabook $100 netbook has a 10-inch display with resolution of 1024×600 pixels, a microSD card slot, three USB ports, a headphone jack, and an 1800mAh battery with enabling up to two hours of use. It has weighs approximately 850g.
It is pre-loaded with Windows CE or Google Android OS.
