Western Digital (WD) is currently released a new media player, called the WD Elements Play. It is home entertainment device that allows users to play through TV and sound system with popular cinema media formats.

In particular, the WD Elements Play digital home player is support for video formats RMVB, H264, MKV with quality up to 1080p resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), as well as MP3 audio file.

Western Digital Elements Play player is comes in 1TB and 2TB of storage. It has HDMI, Component, S/PDIF, USB 2.0 interface that capable connect an external drive or video camera. It is bundled with a remote control. No word on pricing.
