Western Digital Corp. has just expanded its largest capacity dual-disk external drives by announced new WD My Book Studio Edition II.

The drive has brings two 3.5-inch hard drive with capacity of 3TB each, which can store up to 6TB total. It is also supports RAID and Apple Time Machine.

To connect to a computer, the Western Digital My Book Studio Edition II pack four type interfaces – USB 2.0, eSATA, FireWire 400 and FireWire 800. Thanks to WD GreenPower technology, it is allows reduce energy consumption one-third compared to standard dual-drive external storage.

The WD My Book Studio Edition II 6TB external HDD is already available for sale and price of $550.
