Western Digital has just officially introduced a 3.5-inch hard drives, the Western Digital Caviar Blue.

The desktop HDD is utilized the Advanced Format (4K sectors), SATA 6Gbps interface, and operate at 7200 RPM (rotations per minute). According to manufacture, Caviar Blue hard drive is ideal for family and business computing.

Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD is available in 250GB, 320GB, 500GB, 750GB and 1TB of storage capacity. It has feature 16MB or 32MB (750GB and 1TB models) of memory cache.

The WD Caviar Blue HDD is currently listed in European market for price of €32.85, €33.25, €34.49, €45.10, and €53.19 respectively
