At CES, held in January this year the WowWee was represented by multimedia pico projector, Cinemin Swivel pico projector, based on the DLP technology from Texas Instruments. WowWee’s Cinemin Swivel pico projector is a micro projector with size of a cell phone, with a resolution of the projector is 480×360 pixels. Battery life in standby is about 3 hours, which it is sufficient for viewing movies. The projector has an unusual adjustable swivel mechanism, as a result it may become fixated at a 90-degree hinge, which allows designing a project on the ceiling, as well as volume control.
WowWee Cinemin Swivel Projector is designed to work with all models of iPod and iPhone, as well as other popular mobile devices. Its price in the UK will be £349 (about $571).
