Yamaha Corporation has announced the development of SoundGadget PSG-01S and Projectphone PJP-25URS, both headset is Skype certified with voice and high-quality audio. Yamaha plans to begin distribution in end of September 2009 to Europe and America.

Yamaha SoundGadget PSG-01S is a personal headset specially designed for Skype. Their microphones and high quality headphones allow simultaneous communication not only progressive but also a clear audio recording and playback of music via the computer. Yamaha PSG-01S USB Speakerphone has dimensions 49x121x38 mm (WxHxD) and weight is 210g.

Yamaha Projectphone PJP-25URS is based on the handset of high quality web conferencing which was adapted for Skype and is designed for multiple users. Yamaha PJP-25URS Conference Microphone Speaker has size 229x34x152 mm (WxHxD) and weight is 570g.

Key features of PSG-01S/PJP-25URS
1. Echo Canceller high quality
The integrated echo cancellers are avoiding echo and cuts, and offer a progressive and simultaneous communication with ease. The audio function is particularly adapted for communication of Skype, which makes it the ideal device for Skype.

2. USB Plug-n-Play + Bus Powered
Simply plug in USB, and it will run without installing software (windows OS) while power is supplied without an AC adapter.

3. Skype Control Buttons
By installing this software, users can make or receive Skype calls using the buttons on PSG-01S and PJP-25URS.

4. Wideband stereo reproduction
Despite the size, units of high efficiency speaker with new formats are capable of providing broadband stereo audio.

5. Automatic mode switch (PSG-01S only)
The integrated acceleration sensors detect the position of the unit and change the way automatically. When the unit is positioned vertically, the unit is ready for communication like Skype speakerphone.
