Compulab Airtop rugged mini PC announced

We have usually heard about rugged thing on smartphone but Compulab has recently announced the Airtop mini PC lineup. It is a new range of rugged mini PC systems, which arrives in several different versions depending on requirements (you needs, of course).


Different configurations of Compulab Rugged Airtop mini PC including aimed at workstations, gaming systems and server systems. There are also bare bone versions that sells without any processor, memory, storage or graphics included.

Most interestingly, the device adopts cool air-flow technology that known as the Airtop’s ‘natural air-flow’ (NAF) cooling system. It enables pump up to 200W of heat generation out of the system without moving parts or liquid cooling.

Here is full list model of Compulab Airtop rugged mini computers;

  • Airtop-W – workstation model — includes a Xeon Processor E3 plus an Nvidia Quadro M4000 graphics card
  • Airtop-G – gaming model — includes a Core i7 Processor plus an Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 graphics card
  • Airtop-S – server model — includes a Xeon Processor E, 32GB of ECC RAM, four HDDs in RAID configuration, plus six Gigabit Ethernet ports
  • Airtop-DIY — barebones model — supplied without processor, memory, storage, and discrete graphics card
