HP is adding its premium convertible laptop lineup with the newest 13.3-inch Broadwell-powered hybrid device and dubbed the HP Spectre 13 x360. As the x360 line of 2-in-1 laptops, it can be used as a tablet, if you’ve to push the screen back 360 degrees and make it behind the keyboard. The new one hybrid comes with a 5th-gen Intel Core ‘Broadwell’ processor. Measures just 0.6 inches thick, the notebook has a 13.3-inch high-resolution display.
However, the company hasn’t yet officially released it for the United States market but the convertible laptop has been spotted in Europe and on HP’s website. Well, the HP Spectre 13 x360 notebook will be available for folks in Europe starting next month and asking price of 1299 Euros. In the US, it is still unknown for the time being.
Aside from pricing and availability, we have to know about its specifications. New HP Spectre 13 x360 premium convertible laptop packs a 13.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixel. It’s got 8GB of RAM and either of 256GB or 512GB of solid state storage. Inside, the HP Spectre 13 x360 has a choice of Core i5 or Core i7 Broadwell processor. All of them are equipped with Intel WiDi wireless display, Miracast, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.0.
Thus, new Spectre 13 convertible laptop provides a backlit keyboard, SD memory card reader, three USB 3.0 ports, HDMI and mini DisplayPort. Its 56 Wh battery will able to juice the laptop for up to 10 hours of usage. Dimensions of HP Spectre 13 x360 are 12.8 x 8.6 x 0.6 inches and weighs 3.3 pounds.
