Phonepad turn MHL-enabled smartphone to tablet

Similar idea to Asus PadFone device, there is a Phonepad smartphone/tablet hybrid gadget. The Phonepad is basically offers connection of an MHL port (Mobile High-Definition Link technology on any phone) and a 10.1-inch touchscreen display. It has a compartment for a smartphone, which is also useful for recharge the phone. Phonepad-hybrid-device-1


Phonepad comes with a docking station with a laptop form (without a physical keyboard). It has a 10.1-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. Moreover, this device can rotate the screen 180 degrees.

It is built-in battery that enabling up to 8 hours of usage. The Phonepad has stereo speakers and two headphone jacks. This hybrid device has weight of about 970 grams.Phonepad-hybrid-device-2

The Phonepad will be available in the UK starting June 2013 for cost around about £150 (bundled with the wireless game controller).
