Samsung was unveiled the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ smartphones last week. But the South Korean company is also releasing another new premium Android smartphone for Chinese market, called the Samsung SM-G9198. The handset looks like a high-end Android clamshell phone, which brings a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor, an HD display, and a 16MP rear-facing camera.
As a flip phone, the clamshell device is still popular in some countries of Asia. We already known LG was introduced a new flip phone, namely the LG Wine Smart. However, the LG phone has less impressive specs compared with Samsung G9198.
Speaking on specs sheet, the SM-G9198 comes with two 3.9-inch (1280 x 768 pixel) Super AMOLED displays that located on the top and inside part. Inside is a Snapdragon 808 processor and 2GB of RAM. This flip phone is equipped with a 5MP front-facing camera and 16GB of storage. There are WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, NFC, and Chinese 4G LTE network support.
New Samsung SM-G9198 flip phone has a direction pad and dedicated Android buttons (back, home, and recent functions). Moreover, you’ll see the removable 2,020mAh battery (189 hours of standby) alongside a microSD card slot (up to 128GB of storage).
