Samsung Galaxy On8 smartphone launched with 5.5-inch 1080p display, 3GB RAM, 4G LTE

As promised, Samsung has finally launched its newest smartphone in the ‘On series’ that namely the Samsung Galaxy On8. The news of this phone was teasing on internet since last week. This big-screen smartphone seems a mid-high category even brings a ‘bit’ litte storage amount and an affordable price tag.



The Galaxy On8 smartphone packs a 5.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display that combined with an Octa-Core Exynos 7580 processor. In term of software, it is running on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Samsung’s own UI on top.

Joined the 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, you’ll found a 5-megapixel front-facing camera that also has an LED flash. The latter will give selfie lovers get a better self potrait result even in an dark environment.

Measures just 7.8mm thick, the new Samsung Galaxy On8 phablet is housing a brushed metal frame. That’s packing dual SIM support, 4G LTE connectivity and packs a 3300mAh removable battery.

There are three different color options – Black, Gold and White. The Samsung Galaxy On8 smartphone would be available in India for priced at INR 15,900 (about $239 USD).
