Toshiba is introducing its upcoming convertible laptop at the Computex show this week, named the Toshiba Astrea. The machine offers a high-resolution touchscreen display alongside a 360 degree hinge. The latter one will allow users to fold the screen and transform the computer into a tablet mode.
The Astrea 2-in-1 PC will sport a 6th-gen Intel Core ‘Skylake’ processor. The chip is expected to be launch later this year that means the hybrid computer is probably hit the streets closer to the end of the year.
Unfortunately, the further details on specs of Toshiba Astrea has yet made public. We had known that the device will bring a 13.3-inch UPS touchscreen display with a 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution. Joining the 4K display, it will have a 2.3GHz Skylake processor and up to 8GB of RAM. The 2-in-1 computer features an Intel RealSense 3D camera. Other noteworthy features SD card slot, two full-sized USB ports, HDMI port, and a USB-C connector.
Stay tuned, we’ll update you as soon as we hear anything more about the alleged device.
