Motorola Mobility will release its midrange Android smartphone, the Motorola RAZR M 4G LTE. According to source, this handset will be released by Verizon Wireless mobile carrier. The Motorola XT907 Droid RAZR M 4G LTE runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and boasts a dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 processor.
Weighing about 126g, the RAZR M 4G LTE smartphone packs a 4.3-inch touchscreen Super AMOLED Advanced display with qHD (540 x 960 pixels) resolution and covered by scratch-resistance Gorilla Glass 2. In memory term, the phone has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.
Verizon Motorola Droid RAZR M smartphone brings an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with 1080p video recording, a 3MP forward-facing camera, a MicroSD card slot, GPS, Wi-Fi, and NFC.
Reportedly, RAZR M 4G LTE can work in GSM, UMTS, HSPA+ and LTE mobile networks.
The company is probably show it during IFA 2012, which opens on August 31 in Berlin (Germany).
